WINTER HOOPS 2023-2024
ATTENTION: PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING:
The database is set to force everyone to a waiting list because we are nearing the end of our registration and we do not want to exceed our registration capacity. Many age groups are either full or almost full. We are actively monitoring the waiting list and moving people off the waiting list based on first come first serve for each respective division. We will notify you if/when your child has been moved off the waiting list. We will also notify you if we were unable to make room for your child to play. Please add your child's name to the waiting list by clicking on the appropriate link below and follow the prompts until the very end.
DIRECTIONS/NOTES:
1) Please select the appropriate age/grade level below to register.
2) You will have to login or create an account in order to register or be added to a waiting list.
3) Multiple sibling discount available for 3+ children (must be sibling or step-sibling. Cousins and other relations do not apply)
4) REGISTER EARLY! Space will be limited and a waiting list will be started once we have reached our maximum number of registrants. Unfortunately, we have turned players away in the past so please register early.
REFUNDS:
1) BIDDY BBALL & ROOKIE LEAGUES:
* Refunds can only be given if a player withdraws prior to the announcement of the final schedule. (A preliminary schedule will be announced first to give parents the opportunity to cancel without penalty before the final schedule is announced)
* Refunds are not given if a player withdraws once the final schedule has been announced.
* The "Merchant Service Charge" applied to credit/debit cad transaction can not be refunded no matter what the reason.
2) INTRAMURAL & HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUES:
* Refunds can only be given if a player withdraws prior to his/her Player Evaluation.
* Refunds are not given if a player withdraws after Player Evaluations have been
